Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 2–5 business days

• Non-metro cities: 4–8 business days

• Remote locations: Up to 10 business days

(Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.)

Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping: ₹69

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for select pin codes.

• A ₹49 COD fee applies to all cash-on-delivery orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order under the “My Orders” section of your account.

Packaging

We use eco-friendly, tamper-evident packaging to ensure your items arrive safely and sustainably.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. Thingalicious is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
